Products requiring changes and/or products listed in incorrect categories will be automatically moved to the correct categories. The system will also add product attribute information based on the data available in the product name and description.

Improving the product category structure, relocating product categories, and adding product attributes in accordance with NocNoc standards will enhance product visibility and searchability. This will enable customers and interested parties to access product information in this category more effectively.

To ensure the accuracy of your product listings, we kindly request that you review and update your product attributes following the category adjustments.

In cases where your products are listed in incorrect categories or cannot be categorized within the aforementioned categories, NocNoc will automatically relocate them to the appropriate categories.  Commission fees for each category will align with NocNoc’s standard fee structure. Additionally, if a product has been set up for delivery by the seller (Seller Fleet) and a change in category is required, NocNoc will automatically configure the delivery settings to remain as Seller Fleet, based on the product’s original delivery information.

Should you need to make further adjustments to your delivery settings for the updated categories, you can request a new setting by filling out this form Link and selecting  >  Edit Seller Fleet Information.

NocNoc will continue to make updates to other product category structures to align with NocNoc standards and will notify you in advance.
